NADL Interactive Roundtable Discussion: Big Picture Thinking for Dental Laboratories Post COVID-19 - A Strategic Conversation

Dental laboratories have had to take drastic action since early March given state executive orders with dental offices only performing emergency or urgent care. Some states may see such orders for dental offices continue until June 1st, although some states may open sooner.

COVID-19 has not only impacted dentistry and dental laboratories during the spring, the impact of the pandemic in terms of consumer/patient confidence relative to coming back to dental offices may linger into early 2021.

There is no playbook for our current market dynamics and the COVID-19 situation is an impetus to reimagine, reinvent, and reinvigorate the next version of your business model. Leaders need look at their strategies, so they can:

  • Stabilize current and generate new revenues,
  • Keep and maximize their talent capabilities, and
  • Enhance their brand value while they mitigate risk amid the COVID-19 storm.

This webinar will bring together a diverse panel of dental laboratories (geography, business models, and dental client mix) to talk through “strategic thinking” that every dental laboratory should be considering so they are ready when the market comes back with some normalcy and predictability.

This webinar is moderated by David Nour, internationally recognized as the leading expert on applications of strategic relationships in profitable growth, sustained innovation, and lasting change.
