Course Description

This course is intended for individuals who are responsible for performing the audit and then either participating in or writing up the Audit Report. This information applies to auditing any type of quality system. The course will cover setting and documenting the audit scheme; logistics of the audit with the audit team; format of the audit investigation; format of the audit report; response to nonconformances in the audit report; and agenda for management review meeting. Who will benefit the most: Quality/Management Representatives, Individuals designated to perform audits, Lab Owners, Lab Managers/Supervisors, CDT’s or anyone needing CE credit for Regulatory Standards.

Requirements for Course Completion

This video will be available through your NADL Learner Community for 30 days from your purchase date and will expire after that time. There will be a one time use quiz that must be completed in order to receive CDT/RG credits. These credits will be automatically submitted to NBC.

Accreditation

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will receive one hour of documented Regulatory Standards through the National Board for Certification in Dental Laboratory Technology (NBC). Credit will automatically be submitted to NBC on your behalf.
